Touch-screen based program takes patient responses in a yes/no/multiple-choice format and transposes them to the Doctor’s note. The Doctor’s exam and Rx are easily entered into the customizable template by keyboard or by handwriting recognition. Patient questionnaire can be done in Spanish and automatically translated to English for Doctor’s note. Patient can view targeted, multimedia product information on touch screen monitors based on their eyewear preferences.

Automated Patient History

The Automated Patient History completes the History part of an exam using information provided by the patient’s responses to an intuitive electronic questionnaire. Patients answer a branching series of yes/no/sometimes-type questions on a touch screen computer or Internet terminal. The Doctor instantly gets a HCFA-formatted patient History, with Chief Complaint, HPI, Family/Social History and complete Review of Systems. Documentation is more complete than Physician interviews alone, allowing for appropriate coding/billing. With the included Spanish Language Module, patients can complete the questionnaire in Spanish and the Doctor gets a full patient History automatically translated in English.

Based on proprietary software that is licensed from Primetime Medical Software, the Automated Patient History saves time, money and transcription costs.

XyLoc

Ingenious security badge recognition system for the PC does away with passwords, delays and security dangers of unattended PCs. It allows for instantaneous locking and unlocking of a PC with multiple users. Authorized personnel wear a special security badge that automatically unlocks the computer when the user is within a specifiable distance from it, and locks it when the user moves away. Speech recognition

An effective alternative or adjunct to dictation, automated speech recognition (ASR) has become medically sophisticated, more accurate and user friendly than in the past.
